Full transparency is the aim & ultimately the goal too. While some would have you believe any old tripe in the hope of conning you out of your hard earned, I'd rather you got the benefit for yourself, whether that be firstly in the knowledge, followed by financially - or vice-versa, now that is our first & foremost priority.

I am merely just one of the many who have a lifetime of experience within the UK's property market and web developments. Having myself been buying & renovating property since my very first purchase of a 2-bed Semi Detached, way back in 1985.
Luckily (so-far) - I've only lost out on one property! That was in the 1990's and due to an 'over-enthusiastic' Wife not wanting to miss-out on a dream property & an extortionate Mortgage Interest Rate of around the 15% mark.
